Enjoyed my Thanksgiving break at a hotel near a shopping mall, which made shopping easy and convenient. The hotel had a beautiful view of the lake, which was a great way to wake up to start my day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always making sure I had water, tea, and coffee in my room.

The hotel needs to improve their cleaning standards to ensure that the rooms are clean to hotel standards. There should be a bellboy available to help with bags.
